Viel series

The Veil series was initially inspired by a homage to Martha Graham, where fabric becomes an extension of the body, carrying movement beyond its limits. From that starting point, the motif transformed into marble and other materials: figures and gestures held in suspension, as if the dance were fixed in a single breath.

What remains is the essential line — the veil that gives form, stripping away the superfluous to reveal what truly matters. In these works, lightness and struggle coexist: the clarity of dance and the invisible weight that accompanies it, the eternal desire to move freely, as if the soul itself were seeking to rise.
